Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and house was clean & neat. Loved being able to walk over a few steps and get the best coffee from Island Provisions. My friends who slept upstairs heard some street noise during the night but the two of us downstairs slept like babies.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The great location, nice space with 2 1/2 bathrooms, 3 parking spaces & high chair worked well for our family to stay together on our vacation to Charleston. We had an excellent experience with this property. We were 5 adults and my Golden Retriever. There was enough bedrooms and space for all of us. Everything was clean. The location is awesome. You can walk to all the restaurants and stores in Charleston. We had to travel Mount Pleasant and it is super convenient for this as well. The team is super responsive and answers your questions and needs immediately We will definitely be staying here again in the future!!

This was a great house, with plenty of room for all our family & guests. Very clean and property manager was very responsive. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back. Just a heads up, there is a bar next door and it can be loud at night, but we didn't mind it at all.

We had to change our vacation plans last minute because a member of our family got covid. We found this location last minute and it was available, the renters were very accommodating for our last minute rental and even were accommodating when we had to extend our stay for an extra day. The check in process was super easy and they communicated with us throughout the whole process, answered any questions we had and responded very quickly. We really enjoyed our experience and would rent with them again. Thanks for the great time.

Service and communication with David was great. Cleanliness of the house was top notch! Description was spot on and the house was even more beautiful in person than the pictures! Very close to King St and the sites but far enough for quite and peace! This house will be our first choice every time we visit Charleston!

We had a great stay at this property - the house was clean, chic, and had plenty of room for our family of four to spread out after a long drive. Location was very convenient but the neighborhood had a lot of garbage and broken glass around, which made walking less pleasant. All in all, a wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for what we needed!! The location was short walking distance to coffee shops, nightlife, restaurants, etc. The house itself was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for 8 of us with lots of luggage. The owner was always great at responding quickly if I had question and even helped us store our luggage since our flight was much later than the check out time. We would definitely stay here again!!

Immediate neighbors are friendly but the block is a bit dilapidated in parts, so anyone with young children should keep them close. True to any City though! Overall great stay.

This was our second visit to Charleston and decided to go with a vacation rental rather then a hotel. We were very happy with our decision. We loved this house. Kids didn’t want to leave. Perfect for our small pup too. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Great location! Walked to King St. Short 3 min drive to downtown Charleston!
