The screened porch is the most popular space in the house with our guests as it has comfortable lounging chairs as well as a secondary dining table. You will find yourself surrounded by tropical trees and the singing of birds mixed in with the sound of the ocean.

The living room to the front of the house can be used as an overflow living space/TV room or 5th bedroom as it has a day bed and pull out trundle as well as the sofa. Also downstairs is the second master, with a queen 4 poster-bed and a full bath. This has a door to the screened porch so this area is a beautiful unit within itself if someone wants more peace and quiet.

Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms. The Master bedroom is huge and opulent having a king size bed and plenty of extra space .The spa like bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. There are two further queen bedrooms upstairs sharing a Jack-and-Jill, beautifully tiled bathroom. The larger of these bedrooms has a great ocean view from the queen-size bed ideal for lazy days. There are TV'S in 2 of the upstairs bedrooms and one left without on request so Kids don't stay awake all night watching!

The most spectacular aspect of this home is the ocean-side deck, perfect for days you want to lounge and sun without being at the beach, or for catching the cool night breezes and ocean sounds as you dine alfresco or gather with friends.

Underneath the home is a spectacular outdoor kitchen with a large prep area, a full gas range and sink as well as a large dinning table. There is an outdoor shower and a storage area for the sun chairs we provide. There is a 3-4 car enclosed garage as well as lots of space for at least 7 cars in the driveways in the front and back of the home.

We also provided a lot of extra amenities, as we keep it fully stocked with all the necessities that you will need. We have over 10 beach chairs and lots of sand toys and even two bikes. We provide our guests with bath towels and beach towels. We use >400ct cotton sheets on all of our beds. The bathrooms have toilet paper and large pump bottles of sulfate free moisturizing shampoo conditioner and body wash. We have a stroller, baby camera monitor, as well as a pack n play with an extra thick mattress to put in it for your baby's comfort. We have a computer set up so that you can check out all the local restaurants and destinations as well as a wireless surround sound which you can stream music from. The house has 3 brand new smart TV’s in the main living room as well as both master bedrooms. All these extras make it so you don't have to pack your whole house up to feel the comforts of home.

There is also a golf cart available to rent on the property for a $275/week fee. Load up the chairs, cooler and the family and ride to the beach in just seconds.

It is in an ideal location with high-end finishes of travertine, granite and chefs gourmet kitchen with butler's pantry. This extraordinary versatile home was built as a private home in 2001 by an Italian Renaiscance but is in use as one of Folly's most successful vacation spots since 2005. This ~3200 sq ft mediterranean style home with 4 bed/3.5 bath home lives much larger due to its unique layout and the flow to the large screened porch of the main floor and huge sundeck off upper floor. Another front room has a a Day Bed that converts to 2 fulls so you can easily sleep 10-12. The basement/garage has enough space for 3-4 or boats and a game room storage for beachware, toys, 4-5 bikes for your use and umbrellas.even a stroller is there.

We also have a pretty, red EzGo Golfcart for rent. You can rent on or offline as you prefer saving a few fees with the latter.

This quintessential home is for the discerning Vacationer who appreciates luxury and the casual fun feel of Folly plus the quick commute to Historic downtown Charleston. It is ideally situated just 3 rows from the ocean with an official beach walkway right in front so there is no need to take the car to go to the beach or stroll the pier. Best of all, it is just two blocks to Center Street Folly with its quaint stores, coffee shops, ice-cream parlors, and numerous vibrant restaurants.

Note: We do not rent to young adults celebrating spring break or graduations.

We do rent for Wedding Parties and Special events. We held a wedding reception at the house recently this spring and have several schedule for later this year!

During peak season or any 7 night stay throughout the year, Check in is on Saturday at 4:00pm and check out is 11am on the following Saturday.

During the off season we also offer variable 3 and 4 night weekday visits check in is at 4:00 with check out at 11:00am and 3 night weekend visits check in at 4:30pm and check out is at 11am.

Note: there is a $99 Damage fee that is included as ‘Property Fee’ in your rate that covers up to $2000 of accidental damage. It does not cover hurricane insurance for which we recommend purchasing an individual policy. Trip insurance is available upon request which includes Hurricane. As well, Covid insurance is available upon request. Inquire either at the time of booking or shortly thereafter afterwards.
