Oceanfront 1Br/1Ba condo~ The One

One of Folly's Best! The One is a comfortable and clean 1 bedroom condo located on the first floor of a 3 story elevated complex with breathtaking oceanfront views where the beach is literally your front yard. The building was recently renovated to feature new decking and upgraded A/C units. Hardwood floors throughout, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, and access to a shared washer/dryer too! Drifting off to dreamland on a comfortable king size mattress will be sure to rejuvenate you for your next day out on the beach. Enjoy a beautiful morning sunrise from the shared balcony followed by front row seats to watch the dolphins play while enjoying your morning coffee. The night sky is perfect for stargazing and listening to the ocean waves crash onto the shore. You can park your car in the reserved parking space the entire time you are here because everything you'd ever need is within easy walking distance on Center Street. The One allows up to 2 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. Folly Beach Suites shares laundry and HVAC with the neighboring unit, a locked door leads to the adjoining laundry room. Please keep temperatures at recommended levels and remove clothes from washer/dryer as soon as possible. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number LIC001274. Because of the potential of fraud we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.

Nice spot!

Great location right off the beach. Easy access to the pier and good restaurants. Plenty of basic essentials necessary for a short/longer stay. Could use some updating & fresh paint, but overall a nice spot. Property management was very responsive & helped us quickly resolve a minor issue we had with not being able to control the AC from our unit. Would definitely stay again!

Right on the beach!

Excellent location, walk directly to the beach. Close to all restaurants and Bert’s market. Needs new painting and some minor repairs. Loved the shower!

Great location right on the beach. A little sparse as far as amenities go and the condo itself could use an update, however it’s RIGHT on the beach so who cares? Great little place for a couple nights stay and perfect location to the market for free coffee on the morning!!

Perfect location

We loved our stay! This is a corner beachfront unit with windows facing the beautiful sunrise. We enjoyed the screens in the windows which allowed us to hear the ocean while inside. There just enough kitchen supplies to make some simple meals. The shower was incredible! Dogs are allowed on the beach and our pup loved staying here as well! Would absolutely recommend.

Perfect location

This was our second year renting the condo for Thanksgiving weekend. It is the perfect location. Burt’s market is our go to place which is a half block away, everything is in perfect walking distance.

Wonderful place to vacation!

Upgrades are very nice! Had a corner condo on first level and the views were exceptional! Kitchen was well equipped. Would suggest the owner invest in a new mattress.

A Perfect Perch!

I love winter beaches and this spot on Folly Beach was perfect. I travel with my dog and the first floor access to the beach made it so easy to hop on the beach first thing in the morning. Gorgeous views and it was peaceful and quiet. Be sure to use the shower because it had all the bells and whistles! We were super comfy here and will be back next winter!

Folly in March

Very nice condo. Walked everywhere so we literally moved the car once to go eat at Bowens Island. Bicycled on the beach. A lovely, and very windy, week 😎

Folly Beach!

Had a great stay. Enjoyed beach access, close to downtown. Short walk everywhere. Bert’s (grocery, sandwiches, beer and wine) is a block away, really fun place! Loved the end unit - great sunlight. First floor is easy to get to. Other minor comments: no keurig, so bring ground coffee. AC wouldn’t stop blowing cold, even when we shut off thermostat. Low water pressure in bathroom sink. Could have used a broom and dustpan in unit to help us keep sand at bay.

Updates Needed

Property needs to be uodated and repaired. Flaking paint, deck boarda broken, water damage in bedroom, signs of mold and cockroachea throughout the room. Staff was wonderful, but the property need repaired prior to renting again.

Beautiful view, high fees

We've stayed in several units in Folly Suites including 1A before. It's an awesome unit for 2 people and maintained well. It would have been nice to be able to enter just 30 minutes early to dress for an event, for the almost $800 in service fees tacked on but it is what it is. I also left a few things in a bag and called right away but the cleaning people just couldn't find somehow. Kind of sad but you can't beat the view and location

Our stay was very nice. The unit was well equipped with linens and kitchen items. It is pet friendly so although we did not bring pets, there was some hairs on the sofa. Not a big deal to us, but it is advertised as pet friendly, so that could include remnants of a pet stay! We loved the view and how close we were to the pier. It was a perfect place for just the two of us. It sleeps four, but I personally would have felt crowded having people use the pull out. We definitely will be back!
