"This rental was, well equipped, and comfortable. Our hostess was especially gracious to us. We encountered a family medical emergency during our stay; this led to an awkward situation for our hostess extra work for her as well. In the midst of this, she was extremely understanding and kind. We could not have asked for a more gracious treatment from a rental owner. We are very grateful for her response."

"Decent cheap stay"

"The accommodations were good. The front desk person charged me for a room that I had already paid for and told me I'd have to leave if she refunded her mistake. Now I'm going to have to dispute the charges with my bank. And... there was no manager onsite or available by phone. Terrible service. I even had an email and receipt to prove I paid, which she admitted was in my portfolio, but that didn't matter."

"The 10 out of 10 rating you see is accurate. Great home in nice quiet area on the riverfront with an amazing host. We stayed here over the Derby weekend with two other couples and would return again if we ever make it back. The host pays attention to all the details, and it shows.
