This area was just okay. Liked that it had like a small kitchenette our room had two double beds and pull out sofa so we were all able to sleep comfortable

I will never stat at this hotel again. The staff is not attentive to the guest. House keeping staff will only do the bare minimum. It looks out dated.

The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Rooms were in good condition and clean. The construction wasn't an issue at all. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. Beds were super comfy.

The property is under construction, no big deal, but the room we got(after a different room would not open), was not ready to be rented. It was missing the tv remote, missung the fridge, missing toilet paper holder, it was very dirty, had items from a previous guest still in the room, the sink was leaking all over the floor....i took pictures.

Our rental car was broken into along with others. The suspects were caught by the security from the hotel across the street and retaliated with gun fire. We didn't have peace of mind staying there. Also, the 6th floor is being worked on so there was a lot of hamer banging in the morning.

Property is under construction! All the rooms are a mess with partially completed projects, Sheetrock dust and painters tape. Very little hot water. Hallways have floors with half tile down and trip hazard everywhere due to it.

My stay was awesome. Everyone at the hotel was very accommodating and extremely nice. The biggest things I look for when I stay at a hotel is cleanliness, the size of the room, the area it is in, and how the staff reacts to the guests. I would give 5 stars for everything I mentioned above.

Our stay was really nice. We came for a concert and stayed for just a night. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy. I recommend staying here for a few nights if you come to charlotte.

The room I reserved months in advance was not available for my family after we drove 7 hours in the car. Thankfully, the kind lady working resolved it by giving us a 2nd room. However, it is frustrating the room type that was reserved was not available.

The typw of room that i booked was not available at check in. Two of our family members ended up sleeping on pull out couches. This was disappointing. No concession was offered to compensate for the inconvenience.

The included breakfast was very, very good. The staff super friendly. What we didn’t like was the fact the property is undergoing renovations and half the parking was missing, only one elevator worked and the walls were missing baseboards. The room was very nice. Properties should have to disclose it when they are under renovations or construction.

The rooms were very clean an spacious. The living room is a perfect size and the swivel tv is exactly what is needed so that you can watch from the bed or coach.

They were doing construction I had to move 2 rooms first room fridge didn’t work .. then the second hadn’t been cleaned so they moved up to another room & then the thermostat was broking one of the worst Hyatt places I have stayed

I did not know the hotel was under renovations and construction. There was dust from construction everywhere. There was still painters tape in the restroom. They forgot to add the pole in the closet to hang clothes. They forgot to turn the refrigerator on so I had to dump breast milk that wasn’t refrigerated. They didn’t have a tv remote in the room. The staff was nice but had I known the hotel was under construction I would have booked elsewhere.

Does Hyatt know how poorly this location is ran?
We entered the facility to a front desk associate who barely spoke. I’ve had better greeting at a toll plaza. Got the keys, told to scan my card. I asked if they needed my confirmation number and the response was “Nope!” Then I was told where the elevator was. Later that evening I reluctantly went back to the front desk to inform them that the heat has not been working, might I add that it’s the second day of February. She told us the only rooms we have are doubles or an older room that wasn’t updated. We took that one. Once we were settled we discovered that the toilet wouldn’t flush. We at this point were exhausted so we used the hallway bathrooms close to the lobby. The next morning I asked cleaning staff for a plunger, I was met by a tall young lady that looked very annoyed at me, walked out my face and got another lady from the laundry room, this new lady proceeded to hand me a plunger and told me to set it outside of my door when done. That’s disgusting so I left it in the bathroom. This is not the Hyatt quality that I’ve experienced and this will be my first and last time at this location. This location is a disgrace to the Hyatt brand. Very very very disappointing!

Stayed on the trip home. Hotel is under construction so some features weren’t working. TVs didn’t have functional remotes, no phones in rooms, outlets non functional. Breakfast and reception staff were great. Location was great

DO NOT STAY HERE! The hotel has an old look inside and out. The bathroom was disgusting and had the dispensers taped on the shower wall with blue tape. The room barely has lighting except opening a window and the lamp. The room also has no phone to contact the front desk. You could request something and nothing would be brought to you. Limited parking due to construction. There were constant loud baby banging due to construction early in the morning. Spend your money elsewhere.

Check in was good. We were advised of renovations. Our room was not very clean. Shower had dirty grout. There was a used bar of soap in the shower. No hot water. Had to find the number online to call the hotel. No phone in the room. No information in the room to call the hotel. We were advised to wait at least 5 minutes before turning the water back on. She said she would check the boiler. Eventually had hot water.
