The property is clean, quiet and located close to the station. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and quiet, however, was quite hot at night. They did provide a fan in the room which did help slightly. The hotel is located close to Heathrow so there was some daytime noise from the planes taking off, however, it wasn't disruptive at night. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast - nothing special but not terrible either. Would recommend but just beware of the A/C issue. It's not a make or break, just something to be aware of.

Wonderful stay. Staff are incredibly friendly; the breakfast offering was brilliant and the catering staff were kind and helpful. Room was as expected: clean and comfortable. Location is ideal for exploring London, with a fantatsic local shopping centre and river walk nearby. Will stay again!

Staff was excellent, during check in/out and breakfast, very friendly. Location is perfect for exploring London. Room looked a bit old, and sofa bed was not comfortable.
