The property was clean. Appliances were modern and up to date. It seems to be newly renovated. I understand people have different priorities. This host had specific rules that I did follow. He does not want shoes worn inside. He does not want the thermostat adjusted. We are from FL and we were cold. He has a camera that watches the outside to see what rules you are following. If I had know about his rules i would have booked elsewhere
