Lovely hotel for family

I like this hotel, it is located at a quiet area but a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is very kids friendly, they have hand painting and mascot to take picture with kids. The breakfast has many choices of food, but it is quite busy and always need some waiting. The room is quite spacious and clean.

Amazing place to stay

Staying away from center in this hotel was complete worth it. One cant imagine such a beautiful and specious hotel in such a economical price in Paris. The asian lady at the check in counter was such an amazing person

I loved my stay at Novotel. The hotel has a contemporary, sleek design and the rooms have a minimalist luxury with many elegant and functional touches. The best part was the service of the staff who were so helpful, accommodating, flexible, and friendly. They were fluent in English and also spoke French with me when I tried without any of the snobbery you might experience elsewhere in Paris. They were accommodating about keeping my bags securely before and after check-in so that I could make the most of my travel days. The director of the hotel was amazing and brought my luggage out to my rental car when I pulled up to go on a trip to Normandy. He told me about the place where he grew up close to my destination, and was exquisitely polite, personable, and professional. I would definitely stay at Novotel again. If you book in advance, you can get a great value, too!

The hotel was very pleasant. We were only staying there 3 nights. Did note however the room AC unit didn't seem to work it to be powerfull enough. Apart from this it was a pleasant stay.
