"It is rare when the pictures of a resort actually match what looks like in person. This place was definitely one of those rare places. Had a great stay there."

"Very nice room. Beds were very comfortable. Staff very accommodating. Very clean and worth the money. Already booked another stay. They had live music at the beach, lots of restaurants and open air shopping. "

"We stayed 16 nights and found the staff to be super friendly and attentive. Room over all worked out well. Cleaning and towel refresh was spot on. Had a little issue with a musty smell that we found and reported. Staff paid immediate attention. Over all I would recommend this hotel as the staff keeps it tip top and clean. Pool was a nice bonus but could have used a gym. "

"The staff was great. The room was clean, but I noticed the sheer curtains looked like they had mildew stains on them. When the air was on it smelled kind of musty, I’m thinking the unit might need to be cleaned out. The bathtub needs to be updated but overall it was clean. "

"Rooftop bartenders and wait stay , ignored us. They stood around talking to each other. Had to wave at them for service It was me and my husband we ordered food , I had to ask for silverware and napkins. The girl brought one it took 5 mins to get anyone attention to get a 2nd set. Overall the rooftop busy and not busy very bad service."

"Easy parking. Pretty clean. Bathroom had sewer smell. Coffee only, no breakfast otherwise. Bed was firm. Overall, ok, and not horrible."

"They put me in the room closest to the highway and with an adjoining room. I could barely sleep with the noise of cars zooming up and down the highway and the person next door blaring the TV watching some kind of action movie. The room was small and had a crack under the door to the outside which let in the cold air and the A/C unit blew cold air even thought I set it for HEAT. Continental breakfast was lame."

"Stayed on the 3rd floor. Elevator worked and parking was easy. Room was clean with soap and linens. Lights, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer all worked. Staff very pleasant. The TV didn’t work, there were no blankets, the coffee maker was missing. So we called the number and asked for all those things. The guy came quickly and took care of all those things. Also no iron or ironing board and unable to open the closet which had shelving in the way of the door. Unfortunately, the worse thing, and the reason I give it a very low rating — the smoke detector was not hung on the ceiling. We found it in a drawer. "
