"Everything was perfect, except for: shower gel dispenser was empty (refilled immediately), there wasn’t enough complementary bottled water in the room, and the lights were a bit tricky to work (and needed the room key in the socket to run them. Room was nice and shower was very hot and consistent."

"We booked a triple room and we booked it for the spa. Unfortunately we were not able to uae the spa as it was fully booked and the triple room we had was so small and no room to move. Overall was a nice hotel but sadly rooms were too small and we wasted money on a spa hotel we couldnt use."

"The staff was very helpful from dropping off bags before check in to answering questions during the stay. It has a boutique hotel feel right in the middle of the city. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet so getting a good nights sleep was easy. Highly recommend this hotel if you are exploring Copenhagen by foot or metro."
