"Great location and property is clean, although would not say they have a best in class service (e.g. broken air conditioning they could not fix, unfriendly staff in breakfast, bathroom got soaked every time I took a shower, room was extremely small also)"

"We lived our stsy at The Square. The bed was comfortable. The room had black out curtains & air conditioning. There were extra amenities like toothbrush, face clothes, etc in case you forgot something and their brunch was amazing! Plus, it was an easy 1 block walk to the Metro, coffee shops, Tivoli, shopping, etc. We highly recommend The Square."
"This place is in prime location just around the corner from Nyhavn and Amalienborg with plenty to do in the area. breakfast was also nice. getting to/from airport was really easy within short walking distance from Metro station.
the only downside is that if you're in the courtyard facing room the rooms are quite dark/dim."
"This is a beautiful hotel with great service and located in a great spot in Copenhagen just slightly outside of the crowded tourist area. Very walkable. It is worth paying extra for the water view rooms. I contacted the hotel in advance of our stay to request reservations at the restaurant on our day of arrival since it was my husband's birthday that day. We arrived and they had upgraded our room and left a note and chocolates in the room for his birthday and the restaurant gave him birthday greetings the moment we walked in. Our stay here was lovely. It is a very large hotel and got to be quite crowded toward the end of our 4 day stay in August. If you are looking for a quiet boutique style hotel, this hotel is not that. That being said, they seem to manage the crowds well and the hotel is really maintained beautifully."
"Lovely hotel within walking distance of all the main Copenhagen sights.
Clean, cozy room as expected in the description.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bar prices were reasonable for a hotel.
Breakfast was Ok and rather pricey. Our experience was better off getting something locally in a restaurant or cafe."
