"Great location with access to all the tourist points and next to the water. Room was clean and spacious. Welcoming staff on the front desk, I cannot comment on the food as we did not eat here. We arrived 2 hours early for check in and paid £25 to check in early, cannot leave your bags with the hotel free of charge, they do have locker on a lower ground floor for you to use but beware of these extra costs. Overall a good hotel but wouldnt shout about it. "

"This hotel is in a fantastic location - right in the heart of all the things to do and see in Copenhagen. Everything is walkable, and you're right on Nyhavn canal. Our only criticism was we were a bit unlucky with rooms. The first night we were in 530 (all the 30 rooms are the same) immediately next to the elevator/lift. The noise was going all the time, late at night, early in the morning. The mechanisms for the lift were virtually right next to the bed. We asked to be moved, which we were, to the other building for our second night. And that room had some weird plumbing / water gurgling sound almost constantly too. The hotel is otherwise great, good breakfast etc, but don't be afraid to move rooms if the noise is bad. "
