"The location is great. The staff were very friendly. The walls are very thin. We could hear every word from the room next door, and outside noise from the downtown mall, which kept us awake late into the night. The room was fine, the staff was great, but it was not a restful night, could hear everything"

"With kiddo at UVA The Forum is perfect as far as location. Minutes from her dorm, shopping, grocery store and restaurant. The hotel is beautiful. Our bed was comfy and the room spacious enough. The window in our room was huge with a beautiful view. Best blackout curtain award goes to The Forum! The staff is friendly. We loved seeing dogs coming and going and in the social areas. VERY dog friendly. We will be back. "

"Decent place. Not the cleanest as there was leftover food on the floor when I arrived but don’t mind that too much. Biggest issue is if you are a light sleeper the walls may be too thin for you. But overall it’s a perfectly fine place to stay. "

"The bathroom had black mold in the shower cause there is no bathroom ventilation. The left faucet came off when turned on. The beds are soft i didnt really inspect it like tbat. The lobby is probably the best feature in the hotel"

"Encountered bug issues in bed and bathtub. Numerous bug bites. Need pest control management as recommended. Do not recommend staying on 1st floor / basement when weather changes from winter to spring (bug infestation)."
