This was a great place to stay with our 3 year old. We had a two bedroom suite with a kitchenette that made our stay very easy and lovely. The location was great for all the things we wanted to do and see. And Andy is very organized and friendly. Would definitely go back.

Sweet owners. They are very quiet and not imposing at all. Good breakfast. The vibe was very comfortable and the room felt very homey. It was very clean and well equipped. Windows open for fresh air. The bed was super comfortable. Overall an excellent stay.

Andy was very nice and quick to help. However, there was an issue with hot water in the shower-very little to none. The breakfast was excellent. Everything you could want. We had to ask for chairs since there was 4 of us and only 1. I would suggest a couple of comfy chairs in each room since the rooms are quite large so space wouldn't be a problem. I would stay again. Thanks

Andy’s house is a dem! Exactly what a property on Prince Edward Osland should be, and the communication was excellent. We definitely were pleased with our stay and would book again.

We just loved this brand new renovated blue house! The rooms were all renovated with modern amenities but still decorated in time period furnishings. Andy, was exceptional and was communicative, accommodating and went the extra mile to meet our needs for our stay.

This is an older style Inn with great character. Andy was a very helpful host. It is blocks away from a beautiful park and boardwalk. We could walk in 20 minutes to good restaurants, or park in a little closer to downtown and do our own walking tours of the historic city. There was lots of space in the room itself, and we were able to make simple breakfasts and reheat meals.

This is a gem. My new favorite spot! Sebastien was a fantastic host and a true gentleman. The room was super cute and definitely large enough for 2 people to feel comfortable. There is a shuttle boat that will take people and their bikes to the park across the lake.

The room was spacious and clean. I spent two nights there and would expect that the bed would be made after the first night and any toiletries and water would be replenished, but this was not the case. I was on the Main floor and it was extremely noisy with other guests in the building. It is in a convenient location within walking distance to downtown and ocean front.

Please note that property is more like an Airbnb than a hotel or a bed and breakfast. We stayed in the two bedroom suite, annd overall it worked well for our needs. The pros and cons are as follows: Pro - great communication from Andy. Also the suite was clean snd very spacious and had comfortable beds and linens. We enjoyed staying a 15 minute walk from the heart of Charlottetown in a safe, quiet neighborhood next to Victoria Park. Cons - bathroom was not renovated and disappointing. Also walls musty smelling.

Not B&B as advertised. Building and rooms need repairs. Condiments in room need replenishing daily. Noisy as doors don’t close smoothly and lots of noise above us. Grounds, bushes, hedges not trimmed. Cigarette butts everywhere. DO NOT recommend and we will not return. Unable to cancel as booked through Expedia. Be aware, totally self serve facility as minimal staff observed. A place to sleep only.

We had an amazing stay at Andy's Blue house! The room was gorgeous and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was great! I loved that Andy was always there at breakfast to ensure guests had everything we needed and to give advice on good places to visit during our stay! He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The Blue House was a good place to stay. Andy and his wife were very helpful and it was good to meet the other residents at breakfast and swap information. Just one small suggestion, please try to keep the breakfast food hotter.
