Lovely clean hotel. Greatly placed for all of Bristols amenities/nightlife. Basin took a while to drainin bathroom but we reported it and no doubt it will be seen to. Value for money. Would stay again.

Good sized room (classic double) although bathroom will be too much on the cosy side for some. Friendly staff, hotel was very clean everywhere and the breakfast was good and bar area was nice.
Only issue we had was the paper thin walls between rooms. We were watching tv at a reasonable volume around 10.30pm and had the room next door banging on the wall. We thought they were being a bit unreasonable but as we went to sleep, realised we could hear the person in the other adjacent room snoring as if he were in ours. Might only be a certain number of rooms like this, but we were in Room 128 if you’re reading this, hotel manager!

Rooms clean and warm but could do with a freshen up decoratively. Staff were very helpful. My only issue was the lack of disabled facilities. The ground floor rooms were sorted, but no walk in shower was available for us, and the small lift in the bar area was not working, nor did I see anyone attending ...

We love staying a wookey hotel only down side is the menu change and breakfast cereal 2 options so kids didnt eat and no gammon on menu with the famous cheese sauce such a same as loved the meals when we stayed before

Great hotel. Lovely rooms with everything needed. Nice food in the restaurant and friendly staff throughout. Loved the parking option too. Would definitely stay again next month
