"We loved our stay! The house is located in an ideal location. It is a quick paddle out to see manatees and other wildlife. We are an active family and appreciated the outdoor spaces; use of SUP/kayaks; and the walkability to 3 Sisters (1 mile) and dinner out (1/2 mile). The home is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this space to enjoy Crystal River!"

"We arrived late in the evening. Had to rush through dinner or pay a 20$ late check in fee. Almost impossible to find the front desk due to it being at the back of the property and hardly any lightening. Wouldn't stay again"

"Location location location. We love our stay here on the canal. Three sisters springs is a 5 minute paddle down the canal and we enjoyed going in the evening and had it ourselves for 3 nights in the row. Pete was a wonderful host. He was very quick to respond to my messages and very kind. We had a problem with a light downstairs and he came right over to fix it. Bess were clean and comfortable. Kitchen had basic amenities. The place could use a good cleaning but over all for the price and location we was ok with it. Neighbor was very sweet. Over all I would definitely come back here."

"The property was old looking, but the rooms have the little porch right off the room looking over the river was great. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. We thought the bed was so comfortable. It was a great night sleep. The staff was perfect! It was my 60th birthday and my daughter went there to see if she could put something in our room and she said they were great helping her. I arrived and the girl said Happy Birthday as soon as she saw my name. Then when I was checking out that girl said Happy Birthday also. We will be back and the new property looks awesome. We would love to have a room on the water again. Also the Tiki Bar gave me a free shot to celebrate my special day! Thanks for making me birthday so special!"

"Check in was simple and host was in consistent communication with helpful tips as well as responsive to any minor needs. Burke and Karen have a lovely and convenient home that was perfect for our family. The kayak equipment was also very convenient and river access was very close. Greatly enjoyed our time there!"

"We loved this place! Had a boat and was wonderful to walk less than a minute to get in and go see the manatees from the dock - right on the Springs.Did not know until we got there how terrific the yard was for dogs! Large and fully enclosed and secure.The grill on the patio was great and easy to use. We were here for 3 short days, and hope to come back for more."
