"The house worked very well for us. We wanted to just hang out on the beach or fish and you can you do both activities very easily. The beach is a short walk away and there is also a neat park for kids to play in near the beach. Very nice place to vacation. "

"It was perfect! Pine island is a gem and Tidewater Pearl is the crowning jewel of the island! Start the morning with a sunrise from the top balcony off the small bedroom and end the day with a short walk to the beach with a sunset. The attention to detail was on point, everything was thought of and available! Loved having kayaks and the screened in porch is perfect for resting after morning trips down the Weeki Wachee. We will definitely return and have already shared this listing with friends!"

"Loved this house, it was so beautiful and I saw a dolphin in the gulf from the top balcony when I arrived! There was plenty of deck room, walked in the water to the beach on the wonderful sand bar. The family snorkeled and looked at the Blue Crabs, Horseshoe Crabs, starfish, mullet, dolphins, and even a baby hammerhead shark. Everyone in the family played billards, we played some family games, and the TV had Amazon Prime for movies. The kitchen has great pots and pans and plenty of dishware, only regret is that I did not have more days."

"The house and host were both excellent. He said not to hesitate calling him with any questions. We felt safe there and enjoyed the private beach. The beds were very comfortable. It's quiet and has a good sized side yard. Everything we needed and more was provided. "

"Super cute little cottage in a very quiet neighborhood. Very quaint but clean and comfortable and had everything you need. There is another rental sharing the same property but we hardly noticed except running into them when we were coming and going. Neighbors all waved and were friendly."

"I believe this is our 4th time staying at this property. The host is very responsive and helpful. The house is clean, very well stocked with anything you can image to have a great vacation. When you arrive you feel as if you are entering a hotel. The detail they put into the theme is amazing. There is all the necessities and then some. The view and location is amazing and never gets old. Every day we people and manatee watch and even saw dolphins this time. We rowed, kayaked and floated every day. The host provides plenty of water crafts and we also brought our own. There are so many great places to enjoy nature and the home. To say we love this rental property is an understatement. It is a part of our family’s cherished vacation memories. "

"Living our best river life!  Between the kayaking, fishing, and tree-jumping, we didn't want the days to end. We even got lucky with the local wildlife—dolphins, otters, manatees, and turtles all made an appearance! Wish we had a few more days, but we’ll be back soon!"

"Enjoyed the house very much. Very quiet neighborhood with lots of wildlife. Close to shopping. Clean and well laid out. The pool/ lanai area were excellent. Everything you need for an extended stay. "
