"We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room is small but perfectly adequate and comfortable. The shower was excellent, and the cleanliness of the room was very good throughout our stay. We did experience a small issue with the air conditioning, but Katia, who checked us in, was also the person who later helped us resolve the problem. She was extremely kind, helpful, and professional, which made a big difference. Overall, everything was fine, and thanks especially to the great service, we would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again"
