A sense of clam and tranquility descends as soon as you enter this property which is nestled below the ancient village of Chateauneuf de Grasse.

This French holiday rental has recently been tastefully built in Provencal style. Designed by an interior designer throughout with a lovely light spacious and luxurious feel. The living space is open plan, extremely spacious with large sliding doors onto the lawned gardens and pool area. Lovely views across woodland means this side is not overlooked. The villa offers beautiful accommodation in four air conditioned bedrooms (sleeping 8), a large sitting room, state to the art kitchen / diner and a separate TV den.

Outside the ""Zen" atmosphere is enhanced by the pool side ambiance and relaxation area. The e 8m x 4m x 15cm - 1.40m salt water swimming pool has Roman steps for easy access and a contra-flow Jet stream for serious swimmers. An electric cover gives added security for families with children. The pool can be heated by an electric heat pump for a additional cost. There is also Built-in BBQ on dining terrace and a built-in Pizza oven on dining terrace

This villa has its own private parking - the driveway is shared with another house (Le Bosquet, which is also available to rent - accommodation/p8148890?uni_id=3446243). The villa has been cleverly designed so that the rooms can't be overlooked by villa Le Bosquet, while still letting light in but maintaining privacy.

This Holiday Villa in the French Riviera is accessed via a country lane, but close to the ancient village of Chateauneuf and in a quiet location. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the Riviera yet the coast and those famous South of France resorts are just a short drive away. The villa is ideally suited for a large family wanting a spacious and luxurious holiday home.

Très bel accueil soigné de Michelle et son mari marqué par plusieurs petites attentions qui font plaisir. La villa est très belle et agréable à vivre. Située au calme, avec une très belle vue sur le village je conseille à tous voyageurs cette charmante villa. Vous passerez un agréable séjour !

The house is perfect and we had a very warm welcome from Michelle! It is a lovely house to stay in and a lot of nice places are not to far (around 30 min drive). The house is very private situated and the swimming pool looks a bit small but with the jet streams makes it great fun for the Kids. Only Châteauneuf de Grasse is a very little Village so you always need to drive to get somewhere. But grosseries are at a 5 min drive so you'll live :-)

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Villa Jasmin. The property is clean, modern, gorgeous and well maintained with all of the comforts of home plus many more. Michelle was a pleasure to work with and made us feel right at home and welcome from start to finish. She was attentive to all of our needs and accommodating to our schedule. The home is spacious yet cozy and located centrally to all of the different cities that we visited during our time on the Côte d’Azur. We had a wonderful time and plan to return in the future. Parfait!

This was one of our favorite vacations ever. The property was perfect with incredible attention to detail. The rooms were spacious and cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. Michelle was a wonderful hostess...communication was easy and she went out of her way to make our stay exceptional. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit the area.

A stunning villa, immaculate in every way, we had a fantastic week, the owner Michelle was a great host and the presentation and interior decor of the villa is even better than it looks in the pictures. Great location, in easy reach of the larger towns but with quaint neighbouring villages. We'll definitely be back, can't wait, truly 5 star in every way ! Thanks Michelle

Wish our time at this magnificent villa had been longer. We were six adults who unanimously rated this place as a 10! The house includes everything you can think of to make your stay pleasant, it is well decorated and very clean. The surroundings are beautiful and the villa is located close to many nice small villages. Michelle, our host, has been attentive to all of our needs both before we arrive and while we were there. We felt most welcome and hope to come back again.

Just came back from a wonderful stay at villa Jasmin. Could not have been more perfect. Michelle was the most attentive hosts. This place is beautiful. Done with such nice details. The pool, the setting - all so lovely. Like being in a private hotel! We will cherish our memories and would absolutely stay there again.
