"We stayed for a week and were very impressed after reading some, not so good earlier reviews, however all became clear as this hotel is now under new ownership. Hotel is on the main strip and only a 5 minute walk to Jandri lift, rooms were clean, comfy bed nice bathroom good choice for breakfast and has a sauna and hot tub as a nice little bonus after a day on the slopes. "I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. Why not just call it a gate code instead of a portal access code? They also didn’t tell me where the button was to open the gate when exiting the property, so another...

"Great place! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the front desk guy spoke English which we really appreciated. The breakfast is okay...not great but not bad--and it's included in the price so no complaints there. Beware this hotel is on the hill so you will need to drive or walk a bit to get back and forth from town but the view is killer so it's worth it."
