"This is a perfect spot to enjoy Chatham. The house is charming and comfortable. They have really thought through what guests might need - even a lobster pot! And the location is perfect. We walked to town multiple times each day. And Tom is welcoming and responsive. His recommendations were spot on, too. "

"Perfection in Chatham! The happy and fun kitchen had everything we needed and more; the big and beautiful windows with the water view; the dining room and table were perfect for meals at “home”; everyone slept so well on the comfortable beds with beautiful linens; the family room and adjoining porch were the favorite spots for all of us each evening. "

"Spa suite was awesome after we were changed from 603 (that had a generator outside the wall of the bedroom) to 604 (that had a serene view of the Zen garden), food was delicious but expensive, and staff was courteous. We were there off season, everything closed in the area, so nothing to do outside the hotel. "

"We had a family gathering with 3 generations to memorialize my parents who lived on Cape Cod for many years. Staying in a home vs a hotel allowed us to come together in a much better way than everyone going to their own hotel rooms. This house is beautiful and has several large gathering areas for us to meet and socialize. Bedrooms are a good size, comfortable with a bathroom for each bedroom. Bedrooms don’t have TVs but maybe that’s a good thing so people don’t hide out in their rooms.We had a problem with a broken thermostat on 2nd floor but it was addressed quickly and not a problem.House is just a very short walk to downtown Chatham.Overall A rating"

"Ship’s Light was a wonderful place to stay. The apartment was well equipped, great location and very clean. The flannel sheets were a nice touch on a cold weekend. Plan on renting again soon. "

"Great location and beautiful home that has some updates! My only comments are the exterior needs to be kept up/cleaned and the place needs new mattresses. The floors were also pretty dirty. Everything else was wonderful! "
