"We enjoyed our stay at Susan’s lovely home in Chatham. The living room is spacious and comfortable, and the main bedroom suite is wonderful as well. Parking was easy, and the house is conveniently located just a short distance from everything. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Great brand new house on the outskirts of town in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to the rail trail and an easy walk to 3fins coffee. House was super clean. Elliot the host was responsive - the washing machine wasn’t working when we arrived; it wasn’t fixed by the time we left but we were only there for 2 nights so understandable. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!"

"The property is gorgeous and Scott was very responsive in fixing minor issues. There are just a couple of suggestions I might make. The Gables has a wonderful Digital Guest Book which I wish we had earlier. They make lots of recommendations, but we had already contracted with a provisioner and photographer. Also, I think it is important that guests know that in two rooms you have to enter/exit either to the outside or through another bedroom."

"Studio is very clean. Host was excellent and responsive. Kitchen was perfect for a one week stay. Great location. Only thing to consider is that the bed is soft. I understand that is not a concern for many people. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay."

"Great property great staff. Can not speak for renovated rooms but older unrenovated “rustic” rooms are a bit small but well priced for the area and room size. Floor in hallway was very slanted. Water was either burning hot or freezing cold. amenities were thoughtful but implemented oddly. Bed was on metal frame with plywood. Door was very thin. All being said the stay was comfortable and generally worth the price for the 2 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to downtown Chatham. Definitely the best value"
