"hotel is very well located for the M25 Dartford crossing and A13. The rooms are pleasant and standard with a nice bed and bath that I enjoyed. Room wasn't cleaned daily and had to ask for clean towels! Which didn't impress me at all.. Reception staff seemed unavailable and smirked when you saw them at the desk. Outside main gate there is free parking. Breakfast is available. Good do with a pool or spa or entertainment to upgrade the experience. Hotels a bit tired..."
