Chatham Holidays

We have stayed here 3 times on a yearly visit to a local festival. It's very comfortable and the decor is lovely. We arrived late at night -the guy who checked us in was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

The only thing good and accurate about the property was the location. The property was advertised as air conditioned both units were broken and despite three requests repairs were never made. Additionally a notice of insect extermination was left from the prior week. There were bugs in the bed in the bathroom and kitchen. The linens were not changed and ants got into luggage and toiletries. No price concessions were offered. I would not allow this property to post on the site. Communication was poor throughout. Additionally a watch was left at the property but was never found by staff.

I loved this place! It has style and character. It is renovated very well with excellent colors and theme. I stayed in the two twin bed room with a friend, it was cozy and perfect for what we needed. Loved the coffee station on the second floor. I want to stay again.
