"The room was excellent but shower area could do with an anti slip mat also only enough tea bags for tea in the morning none for the evening .The Staff were excellent and helpfull,overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Another lovely visit. The girls enjoyed the facilities, and we all loved how friendly everyone was. The rooms were immaculate, with comfy beds. The breakfast was again, lovely and such a variety. "

"They have a small English breakfast and a choice of others. The twin room was large and had a long area for eating snacks and making drinks. The roomy bathroom and the large shower was no messing, just on off and temperature, which stayed constant. The Hunter's chicken was the best I had ever had. Excellent staff, excellent dining, for a three star hotel it is above and beyond."

"The staff as always were brilliant especially the young lady on reception who checked me in. Remembered from last time was very helpful as always. The hotel as always was at a high standard of cleanliness. "

"Pleasant staff, comfortable room and a good location for us. We had a meal in the Brew Bar on our first evening and it was nice."

"Staff on the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Room was well cleaned and the bed was comfortable. There was a little bit of traffic noise/cool air coming in from around the window frames but considering that it's in a service area on the M25, the noise reduction wasnt bad. Food obtained from the services opposite but you can buy a few small bits from the reception which can be useful"
