"There was a slight mix up at the beginning of our trip - (The owners had not received confirmation of our booking until we arrived so they were not aware of any visitors enroute to them until we phoned when we were 5 minutes away!) "We had both the Challenger & the Goldings for a girls weekend it was fabulous we were in the hot tub and had a great cocktail evening. Great scenery and very relaxing."

The cabin was lovely, very well equipped, lovely touches with super soft towels, cushions, blankets, comfy sun lonugers and more or less everything you could think of. Peaceful location and very close to the beach. Plenty of parking very near."

"Lovely bright cosy cabin! All very compact and bijoux but excellent kitchen facilities (toaster, single induction plate, air fryer) and generous breakfast hamper with some lovely treats! Lots of hot water and bed super-comfy. It’s a very peaceful spot and although the cabin is in the garden, it’s very private and the delightful garden area is lovely to sit out in.Kelly is great at keeping in touch and very responsive.This was our second stay and we hope to be back next year "

"We booked this last minute to escape the world for 2 nights and it really was a fabulous find! The lodge was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, the hot tub was fabulous too. We did go into the brewery for a drink and it was a great atmosphere and the drinks were nice, staff really welcoming and the takeaway pizzas yummy! We will definitely return Just one negative, the shower started hot fur a few seconds but then was barely warm"

"The semi cottage is a lovely place for 1-2 people to stay for a short visit to Canterbury. I loved the garden outside the window, and everything that one would need was available. Very clean and in a great location to walk to train, bus or downtown area. The sweet cat that visited outside my window was a plus too! The family living in the house was very accommodating when I needed a little help figuring out the lock on the door. Would stay here again."
