"Loved every single thing about staying here: wonderful accommodating host, PERFECT location right next to high street and The Pantiles, gorgeous garden to sit in, extremely comfortable bed and couches, gorgeous bathtub, adorable little lane to walk on, and just the most beautiful view over Tunbridge Wells. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, in fact, I fully plan to in the future!"

"We stayed in the barn at the end of the driveway. It has its own private patio and use of the grounds and pool. The barn itself was clean and well equipped with views across the countryside. The check-in was non-contact which is perfect for me as I'm clinically vulnerable. The welcome box was a nice touch. A perfect, peaceful place to relax while visiting family in the area. "

"The house is really poorly soundproofed. From inside and outside. We took only ons shower there. We had warm water for 1 minute and then it went to very cold water. We wouldn‘t recommend the accommodation for a longer stay. We stayed there for 3 nights."

"Accommodation perfect for our needs. We felt very welcome, free to come and go, and everything we needed was there. Kitchens and bathrooms perfect. Bar-B-Q and outdoor activities great, especially the full use of the pool. The property is looking a bit overgrown,and in need of some TLC but for our 3 generations family get-together we couldnt have asked for more."

"The property was clean and was well equipped for the two of us. The listing was accurate. Being on one level it provided a good flow. Its location provided a good base for exploring the area and the easy to reach castles of Leeds, Scotney, Hever and Sissinghurst. There are plenty of excellent farm shops in the vicinity and the local shop in Yalding was well stocked. The location is relaxing and the provision of an outdoor eating area was adequate with uninterrupted country views. Communication...

"Spent one night here in August in a riverside room. The ship is lovely, titanic vibes. Our room was huge and had a balcony which was a nice surprise. The staff were friendly and polite. Great location for Excel. Breakfast was good too. "
