"This is an exceptional hotel!!! I give it 100 stars out of 5. The staff were incredibly welcoming, accommodating, helpful and professional. Every detail of your stay is seen to, to ensure you have a wonderful time. The hotel is beautifully decorated. I stayed in a spacious executive suite. The bed was very comfortable. Even though the hotel is located in a busy area, I slept so soundly and could hear none the outside hustle & bustle. The spa is beautiful. I recommend any of their treatments and massages. My facial was lovely. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are absolutely amazing. The gym is fully equipped. After a day of sight seeing, it was so lovely to come back to the Leonardo Royal Hotel London City - Tower of London and relax, while enjoying all of the amenities. My room was kept spotless every day. I loved being able to make tea and espresso every morning in my room. The buffet breakfast is absolutely delicious and has a very wide selection of top quality food. The location is perfect, just hop on the tube at Tower Hill station. I was very pleased I could book this hotel in a bundle package, with my flight on Expedia. A top tier exquisite hotel, where I plan on staying for all of my London visits."

"Really helpful staff, lovely decor, great and clean room with a view of Waterloo and some London skyline. Tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. Pool was a booking system which was easy to do although would have preferred not to have to book to swim but it worked out ok. Would recommend and easy commute to Waterloo which was our destination station home."

"This was a fabulous hotel stay. The hotel itself is upscale with a great lobby and bar. They have a checkin and out online -very easy and the room was small but perfectly designed to provide everything you need. I highly recommend this hotel -I look forward to visiting often."
