Supermarket next door. 5 minute drive to a small shopping complex with a Lidl, Macdonalds, Steakhouse restaurant etc. recommend getting the breakfast here. "We had a wonderful stay here when we were visiting Guedelon Castle (it’s only half an hour away). A very welcoming host, and a beautiful building and location. Some lovely restaurants in the town just a short walk away. Would definitely stay again."

"After a long drive I was ready for a rest and cup of tea. The room was good and tea and coffee ready to prepare. The evening meal was superb, Saint Jacques cooked to perfection. Not always easy when preparing for many people. Well done, Chef! An enjoyable walk into the village, lovely church, and children all ready for a Halloween party in the sports centre facility. A pleasure to stay in your lovely hotel. Finally, good close parking and lots of it, the grounds, footpaths and gardens are kept...

"The owner welcomed us and explained all the details. The room was a little cramped with 4 and unfortunately very hot, but beds were very comforable and plenty of bedding and fresh towels provided, as well as helpful simple little extras such as shower gel and tissues. I like that a poster politely asks that people save energy (helping to reduce their bills and therefore cost for customers) by switching off lights etc. when leaving the room. Overall, a comfortable stay for a great price and...

"Séjour très agréable dans un lieu très propre calme au cœur du magnifique village de Saint Fargeau et offrant ce qui devient rare un accueil bienveillant une écoute ainsi qu’un service à la demande J’ai séjourné une nuit avec deux de mes petits-enfants la veille d’une visite prévue au Château de Guédelon c’était tout à fait ce qui convient et les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié Personnellement j’y retournerai si l’occasion se présente "
