Really disappointed that we checked in, to come back late evening to collect room card keys to be told the room allocated to us had been given to someone else.
I had paid for an upgraded room but I do not feel what I paid for is what I received.

Great hotel and the best central location in London. However, the rooms are very small. I booked the extra space comfort room and it was still too small. But overall very clean and modern. Had a great breakfast on the 10th floor!
