"The property is perfectly situated for a day and night of walking downtown Portland. The valet parking was easy, but a bit congested at times and the valet staff were super helpful even after misplacing our ticket. The staff were all friendly and informative. Our floor housekeeper Rebecca was the sweetest and has the sunniest disposition. Just briefly chatting with her in the morning made the whole day brighter. The only negative I can think of is that there was some sort of construction occurring in the lobby area and it was a bit difficult to hear the folks at the reception desk, however, they cheerfully handled it all with grace and professionalism."

"Our family of 4 stayed over the Easter holiday and had a big corner room with beautiful views. Beds were comfortable but pillows were flat, even though there were three per person. The room was very clean. Breakfast was not the best as items were out of stock and we were told at 8:45 that they just didn’t have refills, such as milk and cut fruit. "

"Hilton should do better, this was a terrible stay . First room window unit AC was very loud fan squealing l. Second room the window AC barely worked and was also very noisy. The breakfast area floor was sticky and the food items were stale. I will never stay at a Spark Hotel again. "

"Amazing hotel and staff. Stayed here for my partner’s birthday and the staff were very helpful and super nice. We had an amazing time and really appreciated all the birthday touches. Our favorite hotel in Portland! We have stayed here twice now and it was great to see how consistent they are. The staff is always warm and friendly and the amenities are great. "

When we asked him for a lunch recommendation, he suggested a fantastic local spot! His knowledge of the area and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just comfort, but outstanding service as well."
