Wonderful customer service.
I phoned to say that I would be late for final check in (10pm) and Alexandra, the lovely lady on the front desk, made sure I was checked in dignity and made me feel so safe about arriving late.
This was my second time visiting The Swan for work trips to Blyton Park track.
Couldn’t recommend this B&B enough. Perfect for solo female travellers.

Parking was great we have a precious car and my husband was happy with the car park.

"It was a comfortable functional stay, the single room was advertised as having air conditioning but on arrival found this not to be the case, so if you’re definitely wanting that, be careful! Staff were friendly and helpful and resolved all my queries"
