Thank you for the time taken to review our hotel as we appreciate all guest feedback. The hotel employs a very simple touchscreen check-in machine in the porch which the majority of our guests appreciate as it avoids check-in queues and enables guests to check-in well into the night. Our accommodation is highly competitively priced therefore- we find that guests seek this more and more. We also offer contactless check-in via the TLJ Security app, something that most small hotels in Cheltenham don't offer. The kingsize mattress is a medium tension 2000 Vispring. Should guests require a larger bed, the hotel provides superking beds in our premium rooms on the first floor. The Standard Doubles are listed as 150cm wide UK kingsize. The hotel provides individually designed rooms, cleaned by our experienced in-house team. Our reviews demonstrate our attention to cleanliness so we were very surprised at this review. The shower head operates by positioning to a horizontal position and the water pressure is excellent. We have never received a complaint about the showers though and will review your comment to ensure it operates as normal. Thank you again for staying.

Hi - the 2 EO chargers are in full working order. We can provide assistance if necessary as we have a duty manager phone number listed on the front door. Not sure of the issue you encountered but we would have been happy to assist and sorry you had an issue.

The hotel offers self checkin via a touchscreen Kiosk at the front door and guests are advised of such in the online description of the hotel, reservation and pre arrival emails. The heating runs 24 hours a day but guests must ensure they have turned on the radiator via the thermostatic valve otherwise there is no heat. The floors are top of the range Karndean Art Select tiles. The hotel does not offer a breakfast service - instead it provides complimentary muffins, cereal bars and juice and tea and coffee. This is explained on all hotel listings. EO provides the electric charging and the hotel had no knowledge the issue experienced as EO is a third party provider. Travelodges have an excellent business model and as such we appreciate the comparison.
