Unfortunately the property is Shared bathroom as stated on the description details when making a reservation. Parking in the area is quite expensive but the property itself was clean & comfortable.

Mostly clean, and well looked after hotel. Comfortable but could be quite noisy at times. Nice that they had a fridge and microwave in the room.

No en-suite toilet or shower. There was a puddle in the corner of the room which I assume somebody had either spilt something or used as a toilet. Intimidating men outside when we arrive. Not suitable for families

It should be advertised as a hostel after having to share a not so clean toilet with 4 other guests in different rooms. Furniture is dated, window didn't open and it was much smaller than the room shown on the website. Noise of doors banging throughout the night. Booked 4 nights but only stayed 1 night. Misleading and disappointing.

Nice, mostly very clean property.
Great staff at check-in. Location was good and not noisy at all. Room was comfortable and was handy having the fridge and microwave in the room. Shared bathroom seemed to be used by some as a general rubbish depositry. Window would not stay open. Daytime, there seemed to be a lot of younger poeple hanging around the door to the property smoking joints - the smoke drifting in to the property, as the door was propped open. :-(

Shared bathroom. Says it all. I work away and this was all that was available for my dates. I didn’t actually stay the last night as I couldn’t deal with the shared bathroom. We are still in a pandemic so I don’t get how that’s even a thing nowadays. Nope nope

Ran down and poorly maintained
Ran down, poorly maintained, bathrooms weren't clean and no toilet paper. Rooms in general were okay but off blocks of wood on walls/celling covering up issues I can assume.

The room is horrible and the service is terrible.
The room has a very strange and strong odour which makes really nauseous and sat up for the whole night. When I reported to the reception in the morning, she said she could change a room for us. But when I asked to have a look at the room, she refused and asked me to check out. I reported everything to their customer service and they said I told a lie and refused to refund my two nights fees that I did not use.

Advertising of the rooms at poor. Do not make it clear that the bathrooms are shared. Do not advertise as studios - this is more of a hostel. No air conditioning the rooms are like ovens. Beds are uncomfortable and poor quality duvets and pillows

Cheap, central but quite tired looking
Hot shower, comfy bed but condition quite basic and duvet was quite old. Cheap, central and does the job.

Great Value for Money
Lovely stay. For the price we paid the rooms were brilliant. Excellent size and location. In one of the rooms our bed sheets had coffee looking stains which made me feel a bit uncomfortable however it was too late to be making calls to change it etc. The room was also rather dusty however we were hardly in the room so this wasn’t too much of a problem. If this hadn’t have been the case then the stay would have been excellent.
