About this property

Cotswold Cottage, with wood burning stove and private courtyard garden

  • Malt Cottage is a recently refurbished Cotswold three story town cottage situated in the historic wool town of Northleach. It is bright and open inside but retains the buildings 200-year-old character. There is also a courtyard garden at the rear that catches the sun all year.
    The cottage is located 200m from the market square, all amenities are within easy reach - butcher, baker, wine bar, cafe, really great takeaway and the award-winning Wheatsheaf Inn.
    The living accommodation is light and airy, the living room has a wood burning stove for which we provide a basket of logs. There is a fully equipped, modern kitchen, with washer/dryer, dishwasher and coffee maker. There is a downstairs bathroom with rainfall shower over a large bath. There is a King-sized bedroom on the first floor, with a separate toilet and then there is a Super King bedroom on the top floor, which can be converted to two generous singles if required.
    Northleach provides an excellent base to explore the area.
