In the warmer months the French doors can be thrown open to the tranquil garden, perfect for indulgent dinners on a summer's evening. Cooler evenings can be spent with a fire crackling in the log burner. Meanwhile the beautiful kitchen with its rustic farmhouse table is the perfect spot for preparing delicious breakfasts or feasts.

With four spacious bedrooms upstairs, the house is ideal for larger families or groups. Each bedroom is bright and serene with thoughtful, high-quality furnishings.

This elegant room with its striking wood burner is a welcoming space with sumptuous sofas and armchairs and smart TV, perfect for watching your favourite movie or series together. Although separate rooms, the clever layout of the living and dining rooms means the adjoining door can be left open to create one spacious, flowing area, or closed for a cosier feel.

Dining Room:
With a large dining table seating 8, this sophisticated dining room is ideal for family meals or a celebratory dinner. Perfect through any season, you can dine by the light of the wood burner or the French doors can opened in the summer to create a sociable indoor-outdoor space.

Study:
This fantastic workspace is ideal for anyone travelling for a working holiday, including desk, chair, screen, WiFi and assortment of stationary.

This handy downstairs cloakroom contains a toilet and basin.

First Floor

Bedroom One:
This spacious primary bedroom is beautifully decorated and furnished with cherry blossom accents. Its luxurious king-size bed is the standout centrepiece, cleverly framed by stylish hanging lamps, and features a Harry Benmore mattress handmade using natural materials (as do the other king-size rooms). The room also contains an armchair, antique chest of drawers, wardrobe and lovely en suite shower room.

A spacious, serene room with a charming rose theme. The room boasts a king size bed, hanging rail, chest of drawers, dressing table and en suite shower room.

This delightful room's beautiful decor features earthy greens and red accents. The king-size bed is framed by two lovely wood bedside tables while a wardrobe and chest of drawers provide storage for clothing.

This sweet single room is perfect for a child, with a single bed and impressive built-in wardrobe offering lots of storage.

Bathroom:
This stylish family bathroom has a lovely large bath, toilet and basin.

Outside

Rowan House has a peaceful, enclosed garden perfect for relaxing in on a spring or summer's day. Children will love running and playing while adults can unwind on the terrace seating, enjoying afternoon tea or drinks on a warm evening. You may be lucky enough to see the local wildlife that likes to visit the garden, from pheasants in the autumn and winter to rabbits and a family of ducks in spring. A spacious private driveway at the front of the house has room for four cars. Walkers will delight in the public footpath nearby, which promises a stunning walk down to the River Windrush as it winds its way through idyllic countryside.
