we felt shortchanged as it was an online booking thru your portal...we were allocated a room in the "Annex" which appears to be old and poorly maintained. though the rate charged was 6k per night, it was more like a bare bone small room. the bathroom was tiny, with minimal toiletries, flush was leaking, water from the shower area came out, service was really slow and needed reminders

The property seemed a but old and worn out. Furniture was dirty with dirt marks on chair, sofa and cupboards. The superior room looked like a normal room with no good amenities. Also I didn't like the pool. Also the water was not complimentary and we were charged more than 3 times the actual price. The breakfast provided was good and the staffs were decent and helpful while checkin.

Belle chambre supérieure, vaste et bien insonorisée. Lit extra. Petit différent sur le breafast included piur lequel il faut insister sinon ils le font payer. Il faut dire que hotels.com affiche petit déjeuner inclus puis une fois qu’on a réservé, le résumé de la réservation ne mentionne plus cette gratuité. Pas cool de la part de hotels. com qui met le client dans une situation ambiguë.
