Beautiful and well maintained hotel.
It was very hot and the AC wasn’t working but the staff made effort to ensure a comfortable stay by providing a fan.
However, the room will need some deep clean as there was cobwebs and giant spider seen in the room.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Good air conditioning in a heat wave! Comfy beds. Well furnished suites.
TVs are quite old and so you can’t watch Netflix etc on them. The apps that were on the TV were so old that they wouldn’t work because they needed updates we couldn’t do.
The toiletries were nice except for the conditioner which was really runny and thin so if you’re particular about that I’d bring your own conditioner.
Breakfast had a good selection but could have been of higher quality. For example, the scrambled egg was clearly microwaved and rather basic and flavourless.
We enjoyed the pool as it was so quiet. It was a shame that the sauna and steam room were unavailable due to maintenance.

"Truly a fabulous hotel in Cambridge a short walk from the train station. I had the most comfortable sleep I've had in a very long time. My room was truly fabulous along with the bed.
