PARKING: You can park for free in the Disabled car park to the rear between the hours of 6pm and 8am. Paid for parking without restrictions can be found a short walk away in Delamere Street Car Park (underground, secured). Cost is £10 per 24 hours.
Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.
Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings and our cleaners schedule, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.

Could not believe our luck with this one. Access to the historic downtown, Roman sites, cathedral, and other attractions exceeded our expectation. Having our own flat in an historic building put our visit to Chester over the top. One note: the door to access the unit is not on the street itself, but on a side-street.
The apartment was neat and clean. The drawback for me was the constant noise from the immediate neighborhood especially during the night. In one instance the church bells rang for 3 hours in the evening. Walls windows need sound barriers.
