"The quality inn & suites in Lufkin Texas is poorly managed and not properly cleaned up to the standards of a good hotel. I stayed recently on may 18th 2026 and found ticks in the room by the shower and when brought up they tried to just kill it and not do anything about it..watch where you book..sometimes ..."

Second room also had a very odd smell (like maple syrup) but was not disgusting like the first. When showering, we noticed mold on ceiling (took pics). Breakfast next morning ..."
