"I had a great stay and can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Everything was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made the stay easy and stress-free.
I especially want to call out the valet team. I managed to lose my valet ticket, and instead of making it a hassle, they handled it with patience and kindness and got everything sorted out quickly. It could’ve been stressful, but they made it a non-issue.
Excellent service all around. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation."
"Great value in modern hotel centrally located a few blocks from Coolidge Corner and shopping, restaurants and supermarkets...steps from the Cleveland Circle Trolley. Condition of the hotel spotless as are the rooms. Rooms fine...on the small size but quite adequate. Nice breakfast...no freshly made hot items but what they serve is varied and good. Coffee available throughout the day.
Nice large lobby where you can sit and talk or do work.
I thought my one day stay was well worth the very competitive price. "
