The Boston Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Exceptional Service at Reception by Keith Kitson, the Guest Relations Manager.
We arrived at the hotel at 10 PM only to realize our reservation had been made for the wrong date. What could have been a stressful fiasco quickly turned into a positive experience thanks to his exceptional service. He personally assisted us in contacting Expedia and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assured. His professionalism and kindness truly made the difference. Seeing how tired we were from our travels he even helped us with our luggage to our room. Truly exceptional. I will definitely be returning."
"Beautiful hotel. My only complaint is that the parking is expensive. But past that, a fantastic place!! Checkin was a breeze, kind and courteous staff and a beautiful hotel in a great location!! "
"I loved the spacious rooms, very comfortable. Loved the location and ease of getting around, with the T stop in front of the hotel.Just as a for warning th toilets in the room a VERY low. If you are coming off knee surgery ( like me) ask for a more accessable room when booking. I will definitely be staying here again."
"Highly recommend. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly the minute you walk in. Valet driver had a great sense of humor. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Upgraded room was a sweet surprise with a bigger family of 5 adults."
