"We had our little Shih Tzu and it was perfect. Fromt desk friendly gave my bag a treat and all. The room was clean. Staff goes out of their way to greet you help you during breakfast and when you need extra towel. Location of hotel is perfect right in the middle of shopping restaurant and all. We are definitely coming back. "

"Stayed at Arcadia Hotel in Boston and had a great experience overall. The room was clean and a perfect size, and the location was very convenient. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The only downside was that the hotel layout feels a bit like a corn maze — I kept getting lost on my way to the room 😅. Breakfast was very simple, American-style, nothing fancy. Still, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it."

"I had a great stay and can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Everything was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made the stay easy and stress-free. I especially want to call out the valet team. I managed to lose my valet ticket, and instead of making it a hassle, they handled it with patience and kindness and got everything sorted out quickly. It could’ve been stressful, but they made it a non-issue. Excellent service all around. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation."
