Excelentes vacaciones en Bacalar, Casita Maya es una extensión de tu casa tienes una habitación cómoda, limpia sin ruidos, con agua caliente, baño amplio, cocineta, la cana muy comoda con vista a la laguna, que es maravillosa, el personal es sumamente amable, atento y te oresta ayuda en lo que necesites, fue una agradable experiencia habernos hospedado en la Casira Maya. Ampliamente recomendable

Incluye palpa en el lago kayac sin costo

Hotel con buena situación frente al lago, la palpa increíble, solo hay posibilidad de movilidad en taxi o auto. No tenían restaurante, solo barra para bebidas y no tenían. Te cobran el desayuno extra. La señal de wi-fi es excelente.

Hotel agradable con muelle en el lago

Ambiente cordial. Buena ubicación sin embargo no está pavimentada la calle que lleva al hotel y puede ser molesto cuando llueve. Martin (el encargado) y el dueño del hotel son muy amables y hacen La estancia más hogareña y amigable.

We only stay one night there . The view is amazing , can't beat that . Rooms are clean and comfortable . My complaint will be that, no body was at the reception when we arrive and when we check out again no body there to turn in the key . Oh and no complementary coffe either . But over all it was fine .

Exelente para disfrutar la laguna

Esta con excelente ubicación para descansar ya que tiene su propio muelle y con sus amacas lo hacen muy placentero y romántico. Gracias a Martin que nos atendió de maravilla con sus consejos. Solo mejoraria que tuviera el nombre fuera del hotel, ya que no tiene ningún letrero y es difícil de ubicar la primera vez y que encerrara la regadera ya que todo el baño se moja al bañarte.

Excelente ubicación, caro y servicio mejorable

Lo mejor sin duda del hotel es su ubicación sobre la laguna y el acceso que tiene a la misma. Así como la palapa que está sobre la laguna y la terraza. El resto de aspectos tienen varios puntos que mejorar: - Camino de acceso al hotel en no muy buen estado (aunque desgraciadamente esto no depende del hotel) - El hotel no está bien identificado, hay que dar vueltas hasta encontrarlo. No está señalizado ni aparece el nombre del mismo en ningún lado - El personal podría hacer mejor su trabajo. En ocasiones no había nadie que abriera la puerta, hubo problema con el pago y facturación, así como con la agencia que les gestiona las reservas - Bajo mi punto de vista, el hotel tiene tiene un costo más elevado de lo que ofrece. Las habitaciones son muy básicas - La limpieza también podría mejorar (encontramos pelos en el baño)

Muy limpio, amplio, frente a la laguna, buena atención, tal cual es una casa y así te sientes, no esperes ver tanto personal como si fuera hotel, ni un gran letrero con el nombre en la calle, el dueño muy amable.

Not worth the money

There was one night there and my boyfriend. We arrived at the site and it was empty of people and we did not find anyone to accept us. Finally we found a note on the refrigerator with a phone number, called the number, and the guy in charge came to check in. There was no water in the shower. The cleanliness of the room was very bad. The location was also not good, to get to the center there is a 10 minute walk or more The only plus is the beautiful pier in the garden towards the lagoon.

Casita maya esta muy cómoda limpia, tienes mucho espacio. Las habitacione en la que me quede muy cómoda y amplia, pero e de confesar que el AC es muy ruidoso. La atención es súper buena y por supuesto que regresaría.

Falta mejorar

Las habitaciones tienen mucha luz lo cual es bueno para la tarde pero desde muy temprano es muy muy incómodo dormir después de las 7 am y eso es horrible necesitan cortinas que de verdad oscurezca la habitación Además de su precio elevado por menos dinero puedes encontrar cosas mejores por la zona Todo lo demás es bueno en amabilidad y servicio

Excelente ubicación

Llegamos por la noche y la recepción fue agil. El area de embarcadero y palapa, es atractiva para relejarse. Un poco lejano zona de restaurantes, pero ayuda a realizar ejercicio, El precio esta un poco arriba.
