"I had a great stay at HeyHa house. The couple who runs the guest house are Chiang Mai natives. They are super fun to talk to and give great advice. They are laid back and offer nice coffee, tea, and snacks downstairs. The room itself was big and luxurious, with a huge bed. It was clean and they added fresh towels and made up the bed everyday. "A very good place to stay and relax. Nearbyb have lots of restaurant in 5-10 mins walking distance. Hotel it self is very clean and beds are comfortable. Do note that since it is a loft type hotel there is no fridge or breakfast available. "
