"Beautiful hotel. It feels very special from the moment you walk into the lobby. Our room was very well decorated, and all the bed linen + towels felt very high quality. AC was very effective too but I wish I could change its direction since it was blowing straight into my face and has given me a cold. Besides that, no complaints with the hotel, they were able to accommodate an abnormally early check-in, and I would love to come and stay there again."

"Stayed in the Lanna Deluxe Room which was supposed to have a double bed but was a king!!!😃 Room and hotel were clean, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was big with a huge shower and room was very quiet. Pool was decent as well. We didn’t eat at the restaurant on site but rather ate at GoodSouls Restaurant which is a 3 minute walk and was better for us since we are plant based. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Chiang Mai."
