"The convenience of the hotel is PERFECT! We arrived into Tokyo on a late flight, walked straight from arrivals to the hotel. Check-in was easy & the room was bigger than expected! Complimentary PJs too! The breakfast choices were vast. Leaving our luggage there, as we flew out late, was simple too! I highly recommend this place as the convenience was exceptional! Even the shopping was great in the area. We didn't even need to catch any transport or go outside so a huge win for us. I'll definitely be back!"

"Second time staying here for one night stay. Excellent. Room is spacious and shuttle bus to airport was consistent, even tried shuttle bus to mall to pass time before flight. All staff was very professional. Great hotel to stay in if going through Narita airport. "

"Airport shuttle never picks us up we had to take taxis, Breakfast was terribles was just based on Asia people nothing of variety for other people like us traveling from united state. Room was very small, nothing around the hotel anywhere you want to go you need taxis. overall, the hotel was ok. "
