"This was quite a lovely surprise to have luxurious suite with amenity galore.
Large round jet tub, massage chair, lovely decor…Only constructive criticism is to add Fresh fruits, Juices, better bread and pastries with accompaniments such as Jam. TV streaming never connected with our room number and somehow Expedia reservation of NON smoking room ended up with smoking room.
( it happened 3 out 10 hotel we stayed in)
They are Gem of hotel for sure. You don’t get this even with Ritz nor Four...

"Would stay at this hotel every time I’m in Tokyo!!! Quiet place to get out of the hassle and bustle of the too busy city. The hotel is right in front of the train station that makes it convenient to get anywhere. Staff is wonderful especially the young lady that works the front desk during the days. Keep pricing as it is and wound recommend this hotel every time. "

"Incredibly clean, more than affordable price and wonderful staff. The space was fantastic for myself, partner and 17 year old. Close to shopping, food, convenient stores and train station. We loved our stay so much we're already planning our next one again. Can't recommend enough.

"I booked the Superior Quadruple Room, Non Smoking for my family of 4. I was pleasantly surprised this room format was more spacious than I expected (Tip: look at room sq footage when selecting a room). It was very clean, friendly staff, coin laundry including soap on 6th floor if needed, extremely convenient being at Oshiage Skytree subway station (takes ~20 mins ride to Tokyo), 7-11 nearby, Life food market right downstairs, restaurants, bakeries, entire mall, SkyTree observatory tower, aquarium etc. It’s a little quieter than staying in the heart of Tokyo but there are lots of attractions a short train ride away (Sensō-ji 浅草寺 temple 2 stops away at Asakusa Stn. Only drawback would be reception desk is actually on 5th floor which can be a bit confusing. Also, it’s about a 40-60 min ride from Haneda closest airport using the quicker toll highway depending on time of day and traffic congestion. Can be reached by airport bus or train as well (harder to drag luggage in tunnels and up stairs so you need to research/plan and know which station has an elevator) and these modes of transport will likely take longer. "
"Was truly blown away by this hotel. Room was incredibly spacious, especially considering there were four separate beds. The amenities were above and beyond, truly every need was met during our stay "
