Great hotel for our quick stop in Chicago. The location was great..safe and convenient to the touristy things. The evening drink and snack reception was a bonus and breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again!

The pool was nice, breakfast was great. Bus line was close by. We walked to Navy Pier and Magnificent mile. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

Great location to a lot of options. One of the tour stops is a block away, short walk to the river and pier. Some great eating options too. Hotel its self is good, room was a little stuffy but requested a fan and which helped.

The rooms were spacious and our 3 rooms had good views. Enjoyed the breakfasts and happy hour, plus convenient parking. Our only complaint was 2 days no one made up our room and one of our rooms had to beg for towels each day.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy suites. They did allow us an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. We enjoy the free breakfast and cocktails. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Chicago. It’s highly recommended.

Very nice and staff were great. Not ever enough towels and the breakfast and happy hour were the most packed i have ever experienced at hotel. Staff handled it well, but may not be for people wanting quiet spaces
