Guaranteed check-in is at 4pm daily, however occasionally and rarely, despite our amazing housekeeping team's best efforts, we are a bit behind. In the case of your room, we can see that it was ready by 4:30pm. Regarding towels or any other needs such as noise complaints, always feel free to reach out to the front desk which is onsite 24hrs/day and more than happy to assist. We do hope to welcome you back again for a far better experience!

Additional towels can always be requested from our housekeeping team which is onsite 24hrs/day. Greetings, Leslie.Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding your recent stay.We would like to take the opportunity to address your listed concerns:We do authorize credit cards to ensure validity of the method of payment, as well as to ensure funds are available. This is just an authorization, not a charge, which is used toward the full authorization should the guest use the same card when they arrive. If a different method of payment is used, we must authorize for the full amount as the payment method has now been changed.Our pre-screening process is sent to guests multiple times before their arrival. The first prompt occurs directly after booking. This gives our guests time to complete prior to their arrival. We urge guests to complete the portal prior to their arrival to ensure a more efficient check in process.To confirm, we must authorize a different card, in full, if it is used on property. As checkout is 11am, it is standard procedure for our Room Attendants to check status of the units. It is, by no means, a tactic used to make our guests feel rushed out.
